"'Time's up' is a phenomenal example of energetic indie rock, the catchy overall tone is strong on this one, it can be said that it also has modernized darkwave/post-punk elements, there are some traces of The Psychedelic Furs (whether intentional or not) and in a very good way, but the song offers it's own thing, the history behind the song is amusing(and sometimes relatable) and it can be felt definitely in some way in the final presentation, thanks Valuemart & Shameface for giving this track a chance"

INSIDE THE TRACK: [artist's commentary]
To be honest, I was almost going to trash the song, but I ended up sending it to Michael (of Shameface), asking if he could come up with a verse. He sent me back a recording and we met up the next week to work on it. My chorus ended up not working at all, and for almost a month I tried over and over to get something that could match how good the verse was.
At one point I was starting to rap on it, absolutely losing my mind of how stuck I was. My computer was crashing every 10 minutes from the amount of stems I had saved on the project, and I'm lucky I didn't lose everything. But somehow I got home wasted the other night and realized I should just completely rework it, and when I woke up I was like, damn, this shit slaps.
